Ron Bonham Days at Prairie Creek Reservoir

Ron Bonham Days at Prairie Creek Reservoir will take place Sat July 1, 2023. Locals celebrated Ron Bonham Day with free swimming, fishing, live music, a bass fishing tournament and a fireworks show at Prairie Creek Reservoir Saturday. The annual event honors 38-year superintendent and chief caretaker of Prairie Creek Reservoir, Ron Bonham, a Central graduate who played for the Boston Celtics in the 1960s.

There will be a Back to School Beach Bash from 3pm – 11pm, with fireworks to follow event.
