CERAMICS TO EAT WITH: DECORATED POTTERY BOWL OR PLATE

Hand build your choice of a bowl or plate using a slump mold. The plates can be decorated using underglaze, or participants can use the Sgraffito technique to ‘scratch’ lines into an underglaze and reveal a contrasting color of the clay.Instructors: Tammeron Jones-Francis & Anna Popova-Francis of ClayWood PotteryDates: Thursday, August 17 & 24 | 6–8 pmRecommended ages: 13 and upAges 8–12 may accompany a registered adultCost: $10Scholarships are available to any individuals or families with a demonstrated need.
