Located on Muncie’s southside, Cooley Park now has a new splash pad. Besides the new splash pad, the park has new walking trails, new lighting, renovations to the restroom facilities, and 22 new trees planted. There are still plans for updated basketball courts, parking lot, landscaping, playground, and water fountains.
